1. Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair, if a product:
• Is faulty or defective
• Is not as described
• Is not fit for purpose
• Does not match a sample or display
These rights apply regardless of any store return timeframe.

2. Change of Mind Returns
We offer change-of-mind returns under the following conditions:
• Item is unworn, unused, and in original condition
• Original tags are attached
• Return request is made within 14 days of delivery
• Proof of purchase is provided
Change-of-mind returns are eligible for:
• Store credit or exchange (unless stated otherwise)
Change-of-mind returns do not include:
• Sale items
• Gift cards
• Items marked “Final Sale” or “Clearance”
Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect:
• Contact us within a reasonable time
• Provide your order number and photos if
requested. We will cover all reasonable return shipping costs and offer:
• A refund
• A replacement
• A repair (where appropriate)

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the return is received and inspected.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If an exchange is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued.

7. Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers; however, your ACL rights still apply if goods are lost or damaged in transit.
